These clients live within the limits of an HOA and were looking for a plan to present to the board for their new landscape. They were looking for a new trash enclosure with a concrete slab in addition to a drought-tolerant landscape. They were also interested in putting in an edible tree as a feature point. The HOA was interested in seeing how much impervious surface was going to be added to the overall landscape as well as the planting layout. The clients were provided with a base map, impervious surface information, and a planting plan to share with the HOA board. The installation was done by Warner Landscape Construction in 2023.
