Following the installation of our previous client's landscape within the boundaries of the HOA another resident reached out looking for a plan to submit that would include fire-smart plant and landscape materials that require very little water and maintenance. They were also looking for a short turnaround plan for a new fence so we worked together to get their plans for fencing in order before diving into the landscape plan. With the quick turnaround, these clients were able to install their landscape only a couple months following the plans being submitted to the HOA for approval.
